Where the van goes
The plant is on HaMelacha in the Holon industrial zone. The regular loop is the Dan belt and the logistics parks a morning’s drive south and east. Beyond that, travel is a line on the quote, not a slogan about covering the country.
- HolonThe yard itself, and the sheds along HaMelacha, HaPlada and the neighbouring streets. A look at a bay can be the same morning if the diary is open. Postal code of the plant: 5881509.
- AzurNext to the Holon zone. Treated as a local job, including night aisles.
- Bat YamThe industrial edges toward the coast. Older slabs, often damp. We test before we talk thickness.
- Rishon LeZionThe old industrial streets and the western parks. A standing route, back to Holon the same day.
- Ness Ziona, Rehovot, YavneA morning start from HaMelacha. We take them when we can be off a wet floor in time for the Friday cutoff.
- Lod, Airport City, Be’er Yaakov, TzrifinLogistics slabs, often night pours, often forklifts. Tell us the shift change in the first message.
- Or Yehuda and YehudYes. Access and a place to put the grinder matter more than the distance.
- South Tel AvivKiryat Shalom, the older halls toward Jaffa, and the tight streets where a long trailer is a bad idea. We come with the van, and we agree the approach the day before. High windows, bare slabs, machines that have to stay put: that is the room, not a showroom.
- Petah Tikva industrialBy arrangement. Not a standing daily route. Fine when the area justifies the day.
- Outside this beltNorth of Netanya, or south of Ashdod, only with a travel line written on the quote, and only if the square metres earn the day. We do not pretend a one-bay garage in Haifa is a local call.
What a service visit is
A visit is a walk, not a pour. We look at moisture, joints, oil, the wheel paths, the power, the door, and whether the hall can actually close. It is free inside the belt above when the area is serious enough to pour — call it 80 m² and up, or a smaller garage if you already know we bill it as 80. It is not a free survey of a building you might renovate in two years.
We do not visit on Saturday. Sunday to Thursday the plant is open from 06:30. Friday we close at 12:30, and a Friday visit has to be worth getting the van back before noon. Night walks, to see a shift change, are arranged on Sunday to Thursday.
How to ask
City first. Then the use of the room. Then the area in square metres. “Near Tel Aviv, about a thousand metres, two shifts” is enough to know whether we belong in the diary. A full address can wait until we confirm. Write it on Book. The plant confirms. A message sent at 23:00 is not a booking for 06:30.
