The yard on HaMelacha

Older industrial hall with high clerestory windows, steel trusses and heavy machines on a bare concrete floor
Sample 10 The sort of hall the van is booked for. High windows, a bare slab, machines that stay. This is not a photograph of the yard door.

Pourslab Industrial Floors Ltd — פורסלאב רצפות תעשייה בע״מ — keeps one yard and does one thing. Company number 518263454.

The address is 18 HaMelacha Street, Holon Industrial Zone, Holon 5881509, Israel. HaMelacha is the industrial street, not a residential block. The door is marked Pourslab. Ring the plant line before you drive: the roller is not left up for walk-in trade, and the office is a mezzanine over the material racks, not a showroom on the pavement.

Plant line 03-558-2746. WhatsApp 052-418-9036. Email plant@epoxora.pro.

Hours

Sunday to Thursday, 06:30–16:30. Friday 06:30–12:30. Saturday closed. The early start is the work, not a marketing line. Resin in a coastal-plain summer has to be on the floor before the slab heats. Visitors to the yard are by appointment on Sunday to Thursday. A Friday visit only if it was arranged while the morning is still useful. We do not open on Saturday for a sample, a payment, or a complaint. Leave a message. We read it Sunday at 06:30.

What is on the rack

Resin is stored by system: coating, self-level, quartz sand, polyurethane cement. Pigment is a smaller shelf. The sample rail at the yard is the same six chips as the website — charcoal, concrete, sand, oxide red, safety yellow, clear — so a conversation in the mezzanine uses the same names as the sheet. Quartz is in sacks, not in decorative jars. Grinders live in the bay, hoses hung, not as a display.

The safety data sheets for the resins on that day’s job are in a binder on the van. They are not a page on this website, and they are not a substitute for reading them on site before we open a can. If you want a copy ahead of the pour, ask and we send the sheet for the system on the quote. We do not publish a generic “safety percentage” in place of that document.

How the company works

The crew grinds and pours. The mezzanine writes the quote, keeps the moisture notes, and answers the plant line. We are not a general renovator, and we do not lay tiles, build offices, or paint facades on the way out. If the slab needs a structural repair, we stop and say so. The workmanship period for a given system is written on that system’s quote. A coating and a polyurethane cement are not the same promise, so this page does not print a single number of years.

Invoices show the net amount, VAT at 18%, and the gross. Guide rates on the website are already gross, so you can compare them with a band that was published before tax. The legal pages — privacy, terms, cookies — are the rules for the website and for a visit. The pour itself is the quote you sign.

To ask for a visit, use Book. Area, use of the room, city. We confirm. Until that reply, you do not have a date.
