What we hold, and why

Pourslab Industrial Floors Ltd (פורסלאב רצפות תעשייה בע״מ, company no. 518263454), 18 HaMelacha Street, Holon 5881509, runs this website. The plant line is 03-558-2746. Privacy requests go to plant@epoxora.pro.

We handle personal information under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment No. 13, which entered into force on 14 August 2025. Amendment 13 updated the definitions of personal information and of processing, narrowed the old duty to register every database, added notification duties for certain large collections of particularly sensitive information, and kept the rights to inspect personal information and to ask for a correction. The regulator is the Privacy Protection Authority.

This website

The site is a static brochure. It has no account, no shop, and no analytics tag. Pages do not ask you to create a profile. The only storage the pages themselves write is the cookie described on Cookies, and only after you accept or refuse the banner. That cookie stores the word accepted or refused. It does not store your name.

When you ask for a visit

The form on Book does not post to a server of ours. It opens WhatsApp with a note that contains the area, the use of the room, the city, and any name, phone, day or comment you typed. WhatsApp is operated by its own provider, under its own terms. Once the message reaches the plant number, 052-418-9036, we hold it as ordinary business correspondence: to decide whether to visit, to price the floor, and to keep a record of what was asked.

If you email plant@epoxora.pro or call 03-558-2746, we hold the same kind of details. We use them to answer you and to carry out a quote or a pour. We do not sell them. We do not use them for unrelated advertising. We do not run automated scoring on them.

A quote file is not, on the facts of this yard, a large database of particularly sensitive information. We have not appointed a privacy protection officer. If a project archive ever crossed a threshold in the Law, we would. You may ask the Privacy Protection Authority about your rights; this page is not the Authority’s advice.

Access and correction

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, and you may ask us to correct it where it is wrong, in line with the rights of inspection and correction under the Law (the provisions amended as sections 13 and 14). Write to plant@epoxora.pro with enough detail for us to find the message. We may ask you to show that the thread is yours. We will not hand over someone else’s quote because the area and the city match.

How long

Messages about a visit that never becomes a job are kept long enough to answer and to know we already replied, and then deleted or left to fall out of the working inbox. Invoices and signed quotes are kept for the period Israeli tax rules expect for books, which in practice is seven years. A workmanship question can revive a file inside that period. We do not keep a floor’s resin formula as if it were your personal data; the safety data sheet stays with the job, on the van and in the project file.

Sharing

We share details with a bookkeeper or a lawyer when the invoice or a dispute needs it, and with a court or an authority if the law requires it. A subcontractor on a pour sees the address and the scope, not a copy of your unrelated correspondence. WhatsApp sees whatever the note contains, because that is the channel you chose.

Security

The mezzanine keeps quote mail on a locked account. The website has no customer database to breach. No method of sending a message is free of risk. Do not put identity-document numbers or payment-card numbers in a WhatsApp note. We will not ask for them there. Payment details belong on an invoice, not in the first enquiry.
