These terms cover the website of Pourslab Industrial Floors Ltd (פורסלאב רצפות תעשייה בע״מ, company no. 518263454), 18 HaMelacha Street, Holon 5881509, and the way a visit becomes a job. A signed quote overrides a sentence here if the two conflict on price or scope. They do not override moisture, access, or the cure window: those stay in force unless the quote says, in words, that they were changed.
1. The website is not a quote
Guide rates are gross figures, VAT at 18% included, for 400 m² and up on a sound slab with an ordinary diamond grind. They were set inside 2026 Israeli industrial bands after that tax. They are not an offer under the Contracts Law. A chip selected on the home page does not order a colour. Only a quote we send, and you accept, is a price.
2. Booking, and Saturday
A WhatsApp note or an email is a request. The visit is not scheduled until the plant confirms in a reply that names a day. Silence is not confirmation. We work Sunday to Thursday, 06:30–16:30, and Friday 06:30–12:30. Saturday the plant is closed. We do not book Saturday, we do not pour on Saturday, and a message that asks for Saturday will be answered with another day or not at all.
3. Moisture
Before resin is opened we test the slab. The pass figure is the limit on the data sheet for the system we intend to pour. We do not use one percentage for every floor. If the slab fails, we stop. The next step is a wait, a different system, or a moisture treatment, each priced on its own. If you instruct us in writing to pour anyway, that instruction is part of the job record and the moisture risk sits with the instruction. A coating that blisters because vapour was ignored after a failed test is not a workmanship claim against the yard.
4. Access
You provide a clear bay, a path for the machines, power and water, and exclusive use of the area while we grind and pour. People do not pick in an aisle we are grinding. Doors stay shut during a pour if the outside is dusty. If we arrive and the bay is full, the day is lost and the call-out stands. Night access, when the hall can close only after the shift, is agreed before we schedule, and it is priced at about 18% on the guide rate unless the quote states another figure.
5. Cure window
Foot traffic and forklifts wait for the hours on the board we leave at the bay. Those hours follow the system and the season, as on the cure page and the specification. Traffic before that hour — boots, pallet jacks, forklifts, hot car tyres, washing, cardboard, or racking dragged back — is your damage. We will look. We will not treat a print or a cut as a defect in the resin. The bay stays closed until the board says otherwise.
6. Price and VAT
The tax invoice shows the net price, value added tax at 18%, and the gross. Guide rates published on this site are gross, so they can be compared with bands that were published before tax. Work outside the guide — failed moisture, rebuilding a bay, coving, aisle lines, joint filler, travel beyond the regular yards — is a separate line. Under 80 m² the bill is written as 80 m². Payment stages are on the quote: typically a start, a point after preparation, and the balance when we walk the floor together.
7. What a thin coat is not
An epoxy coating of 0.3–0.5 mm is not warranted as a wearing course under loaded forklifts. If the quote says coating, and the aisle runs reach trucks, the wear at the turns is the system you bought. Self-level and quartz have their own thicknesses on the quote. We do not upgrade a thin coat for free because the wheel did what a wheel does.
8. Safety data sheets
The safety data sheet for the resin on that day’s job is on the van. You may read it before we open the can. We do not describe a floor as food-safe certified on this website. A back room is specified for splash and wash-down only when the system on the quote is the one written for that duty.
9. Workmanship
If a floor we passed for moisture, and poured as quoted, debonds because of the way we laid it, we come back. The period and the exclusions are on the quote. They are not a single number of years for every system. Damage from later building work, from water entering after we leave, from dragging steel, or from ignored cure hours, sits outside that promise.
10. The website
Text and photographs are for explanation. They are not a survey of your slab. Colours on a screen are not the chip in daylight. You may not copy the site and present it as your yard.
11. Law and courts
The law of the State of Israel governs the website and the jobs. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction. That choice does not strip a right that Israeli law says cannot be waived. If a clause here is held invalid, the rest stay.
